Our Family, Our Tradition

Our History

Founded in 1973 by Julian Roas, our family-run restaurant has been a part of the story of Cala Sant Vicenç, Mallorca, for more than 50 years. From the very beginning, Julian's vision was to create a welcoming place where locals and visitors could enjoy good food, friendly service and the relaxed atmosphere of this beautiful seaside village.

Today, that tradition continues with his son, Tomas Roas, who has dedicated over 35 years to the family business. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of welcoming generations of local families, holidaymakers and returning guests from around the world. While much has changed since 1973, our commitment to making every visitor feel at home remains exactly the same.
